No first verdict since 2009 - Summary of the 3rd week of Business in the Canadian League

Thursday kicker Justin Medlock, now in the uniform of the Blue Bombers, was returning to Hamilton. After playing with the Tiger-Cats, he used his autonomy to sign with Winnipeg last winter. Medlock was greeted rather coldly because at first quarter, his failed goal attempt was returned 120 yards Brandon Banks for a touchdown.

The Bombers returned to the charge in the second quarter with an investment of the same Medlock and hit Ryan Smith and Maurice Leggett, the latter returning an interception 50 yards. At halftime, Winnipeg leading 22-10.

The Tiger-Cats have reapplied the third quarter with affected Andy Fantuz and Chad Owens. It was, however, insufficient. Hamilton lost at home, 28-24, against Winnipeg.

In Vancouver, the Lions of British Columbia and the Toronto Argonauts were played what was for three quarters of a defensive duel. In fact, the one who took the opportunity to steal the show is the kicker Lirim Hajrullahu Argos, who managed six field goals in seven attempts.

Tory Gurley added a touchdown for the Argos in the fourth quarter. Anthony Allen responded with a key for the Lions shortly after.

Toronto wins 25-14 in a victory when their quarterback Ricky Ray has crossed the mark of 53,000 yards in the CFL.

Friday, we were treated to not one but two extensions.

When the score is tied after four quarters, the two teams each have the opportunity to start a sequence to the attack from the 35-yard line into enemy territory. After a touchdown, teams are required to go for a two-point conversion. If after the first round, the score is still tied, continue. If after a second round, the impasse persists, there is no verdict.

In Ottawa, it was Chris Williams festival. The Red and Black wide receiver, who knows an early season of thunder, scored three touchdowns of his team. Its gains by going totaled 130 yards.

Marquay McDaniel (on a pass from 35 yards) and Jerome Messam (on a pass from 3 yards) scored for their opponents, the Calgary Stampeders. Rene Parades added two field goals and after four quarters, we found ourselves in front of a tie, 20-20.

In overtime, the four sequences attack all ended with investments, resulting in a rare tie, 26-26. It was the first CFL game that was not masters since 17 October 2009.

Finally, in Edmonton, Chris Jones and his entire coaching staff made a comeback. They had caused a surprise by leaving the Eskimos after winning the Grey Cup to lead the Saskatchewan Roughriders.

The match was tight until the fourth quarter, while the Eskimos have outdistanced their opponents. Following the third touchdown of the game with Adarius Bowman, Edmonton took the lead 33-19.

The Riders, however, made a comeback. Affected John Chiles and Shamawd Chambers and Tyler Crapigna placement gave the visitors the lead, 36-33.

Eskimos quarterback Mike Reilly then orchestrated a sequence that ended with an investment of 51 yards to Sean Whyte with only 4 seconds left. The clubs therefore found themselves in overtime.

This same Sean Whyte ruled that overtime debate. The Eskimos the 39-36 win.

The Montreal Alouettes enjoyed a week off.
